We are excited to have moved to a new and much improved support system. It will allow us to provide better support more quickly as well as letting you, the customer, access a lot of existing information in our knowledge base. It will be very helpful for everyone involved!
To create a NEW tick, simply click on the SUBMIT A REQUEST button on the toolbar, above (link).
